So I just completed the first workout. My plan is M-W-F first thing in the morning. Today’s set felt great! After an initial 5-sets, my max reps was 25. Not too bad. I cannot wait to see what the week brings! You can follow the status at: Pushup Logger, and if you see me slack off the routine, comment here! But I really think that 100 is definitely an accomplish-able task!
